The flow that connects a business's Stripe account to Ajeris so the agent can send invoices and receive payments on behalf of the business.
Why it matters
Without a payment processor wired up, the agent cannot send invoices or process customer payments. Connect onboarding is the operational gate between "the agent is talking to customers" and "the agent is processing money for the business."
Stripe Connect is the standard pattern for marketplace and platform businesses to onboard sub-accounts. The flow is well-trodden but has subtleties around what data is required and how onboarding completion is signaled.
How Ajeris handles this
Stripe Connect onboarding is part of the business setup wizard. The user is redirected to Stripe's hosted onboarding flow; on completion, Stripe webhooks back to Ajeris with the connected account ID. The agent uses the Connect-account credential for invoice creation, payment-link generation, and refund processing.
