Service

By texting Ajeris or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Ajeris is a personal AI agent reachable via SMS, Alexa, and other channels. Ajeris can read and act on data from services you connect, send messages on your behalf, move money between accounts you own, and in some configurations, write and deploy code. You are responsible for every action your agent takes.

• ◆You must provide a valid phone number and be reachable at it
• ◆You must be 13 or older
• ◆You are responsible for keeping your phone and connected accounts secure
• ◆You may not share your agent with others; each agent is paired to a single user

When you ask Ajeris to do something, you are authorizing it to act on your behalf across your connected services. That includes sending messages, moving money, buying things, and modifying your data in third-party systems. Ajeris will do its best to confirm risky actions before executing, but it cannot always know in advance which actions you consider risky. Treat Ajeris like an assistant with full access.

Ajeris is currently free during the launch period. When pricing is introduced, you will be notified in advance via SMS and email, and may decline by deleting your account. No charge will be made without explicit prior consent.

You may not use Ajeris to:

• ◆Break any law in your jurisdiction
• ◆Harass, impersonate, or defraud other people
• ◆Attempt to extract data from other Ajeris users or influence other users’ agents
• ◆Circumvent rate limits, abuse-prevention systems, or reverse-engineer the service

When you connect a third-party service (Gmail, Plaid, Slack, and others), you are also bound by that provider’s terms. Ajeris is not responsible for outages, data loss, or policy changes by those providers.

Ajeris is provided "as is." We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the agent will always act the way you expect. Do not rely on Ajeris for decisions where a mistake would cause irreversible harm without your own verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ajeris’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid Ajeris in the 12 months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing hi@ajeris.com or asking the agent to delete itself. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when practical.

Ajeris Personal Agent is a conversational AI assistant reachable by SMS. When you text the phone number shown on ajeris.com, you consent to receive messages from your personal agent, including answers about your calendar, email, music, smart home, and other connected services. Message frequency varies and is driven by how often you interact with your agent.

• ◆Opt in: text the Ajeris number to begin. Texting the number constitutes consent to receive SMS replies from your agent.
• ◆Welcome message: "Hi. I'm Ajeris. I'll be your personal agent. What should I call you? Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help."
• ◆Opt out: reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message, and nothing after that.
• ◆Help: reply HELP for support, or email hi@ajeris.com.
• ◆Cost: message and data rates may apply, per your carrier's plan.
• ◆Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If we materially change these Terms, we will notify you via SMS and email before the change takes effect, and give you a grace period to decline and delete your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
