Business AI agent
An AI agent dedicated to a small business: voice receptionist, dispatch, customer memory, lead capture, invoicing. Runs on the same infrastructure as the personal agent but with business-specific tools and a separate per-business account.
Why it matters
A personal AI agent serves one user. A business AI agent serves a business: it answers the business phone, books the business calendar, sends business invoices, talks to the business's customers. The two need separate identity (the business has its own number, its own customer record book, its own voice). The architecture is the same; the data and the tools are separate.
For service businesses (HVAC, salons, lawyers, contractors), the business agent is the entire after-hours surface plus a meaningful chunk of business-hours load.
How Ajeris handles this
Each business is a separate Ajeris account with its own provisioned phone number, its own voice receptionist, its own customer record book, and its own per-business agent. Multiple users can share access via BusinessMember joins. The business agent shares the same model and tool infrastructure as the personal agent; only data and identity differ.
