Why it matters
Setup time is the leading indicator of product quality. Most business AI tools take a week to onboard. The 5-minute target is a deliberate engineering investment. The wizard collects the minimum to get the agent live; everything else is added later as needed.
Cutting the wizard down to 5 minutes meant skipping things most B2B tools include (sales call, implementation specialist, 30-question discovery, custom integration phase). Those can come later for users who want them; they are not required to start.
