Drip nurture
A multi-touch follow-up sequence for a lead who did not immediately convert. Typically 5-7 touches over 7 days across SMS, voice memo, email, and another SMS. Done well, converts 15-30% of cold leads.
Why it matters
Most leads who fill a form do not convert on the first contact. The follow-up is where the lift happens, but most small-business owners do not have time to run a real follow-up sequence. The agent's drip nurture is the systematized version: a fixed cadence across multiple channels, each touch in the owner's voice, with content tuned to the lead's specific request.
The discipline is in the cadence. A bad drip is "one email a day for a month." A good drip is 5-7 touches over 7 days across the right channels at the right times, then the sequence ends. Compliance and dignity, both.
How Ajeris handles this
Ajeris's drip nurture follows a 7-day pattern by default: T+30m intro SMS, T+2h voice memo on WhatsApp, T+24h email recap, T+72h SMS check-in, T+7d final outreach. Each touch is in the owner's voice (cloned), in the lead's preferred language. Sequences pause when the lead engages and end at day 7 if they do not. Compliance defaults (TCPA quiet hours, STOP honouring) are baked in.
