Tri-bureau report
A consolidated credit report pulled from all three major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion). The 'tri' in tri-bureau is what makes the report useful, since each bureau holds slightly different data.
Why it matters
Single-bureau reports miss things. A creditor who reports to Equifax but not the other two creates a discrepancy that only a tri-bureau pull catches. For dispute work, a tri-bureau report is the standard surface; you cannot dispute what you cannot see.
The pulling itself is governed by FCRA. Hard pulls (lender-initiated) impact the credit score. Soft pulls (user-initiated for the user's own use) do not. Personal-CFO use cases are soft-pull only.
How Ajeris handles this
Ajeris's credit toolset includes tools for retrieving and analyzing tri-bureau reports. The retrieval layer (CreditBureauClient) is currently a stub pending integration with CRS or Array. The downstream tools (factor analysis, dispute scanning, history tracking) are functional and operate on whatever data is provided. Live tri-bureau pulls are coming; the planning and analysis surfaces work today on uploaded reports.
