Debt payoff plan
A structured approach to paying off multiple debts. Common approaches: avalanche (highest interest first), snowball (smallest balance first), and hybrid. The agent runs the math and tells you which approach saves the most money for your specific debt mix.
Why it matters
Most people with multiple debts do not have a coherent payoff plan. They pay minimums on everything; debts linger; interest compounds. A real payoff plan changes the trajectory: the avalanche method saves the most interest mathematically; the snowball method has psychological wins (paying off small balances feels like progress) that increase adherence.
The right answer depends on the user. Some people stick with avalanche when they understand the math. Some need the snowball wins to stay motivated. The agent's job is to model both and let the user choose with full information.
How Ajeris handles this
Ajeris's debt tools take the user's full debt picture (balances, rates, minimums) and run all three approaches against it. The output is a per-month payment schedule plus the total interest paid under each approach. The user picks; the agent schedules the recurring payments. Live payment execution is on the roadmap; today the agent plans and schedules.
