Per-user isolation
Each Ajeris user's memory, integrations, conversation history, and skills are kept apart from every other user's, enforced in the database; one user's data is invisible to another by construction.
Why it matters
Most multi-user products share infrastructure between users. Without isolation guarantees, a bug or misconfiguration can leak one user's data to another. For an AI agent that holds memories, OAuth tokens, and access to the user's real tools, the radius of "what bad looks like" if isolation fails is large.
Per-user isolation is the structural commitment that makes the radius bounded. Even in a worst-case incident, one user's data cannot be exposed to another because the isolation is enforced at the database layer, not just in application code.
How Ajeris handles this
Each Ajeris user has their own isolated agent state. Memory, skills, OAuth tokens, conversation history, and customer records are partitioned per-user; cross-user reads are structurally prevented. Combined with row-level security at the database layer, the isolation is layered: even an application bug cannot return cross-tenant data.
